You can follow the links on the left to pages with information about ordering from us.

The ordering process is fairly straightforward and all you need to do is follow the steps through the shopping cart.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. When we ship your plants, UPS will send you an email with your tracking information.

There are a couple of things that sometimes cause confusion:

If you do not receive a confirmation
You should receive an email almost immediately after placing your order. If you do not receive it, please check the email address on your account. If we do not have a correct email address you will not receive your notice from UPS when your plants are shipped.

Revising Your Order
You cannot revise your order through the shopping cart once it has been placed. If you need to change your order or if you have a question about it, send us an email. Be sure to include the order number.

Your Account
You do not have to set up an account to place an order. If you set up an account, our site will recognize you by your email address. The shopping cart will maintain your billing and shipping information, (but not your credit card number), so that you do not have to enter it each time you order. It also allows you to view you order history. Your account is password protected.

Ordering Problems
If the shopping cart cannot complete your order, especially if you receive an error message concerning shipping charges, please check to make sure your state and zip code are correct in your billing and shipping addresses.
