Our Guarantee

Your satisfaction is vital to our continued success. We guarantee our plants to arrive in good condition, to be healthy, and to be correctly identified. If there is anything wrong with the plants you receive, we will send a replacement or a refund.

Our guarantee is fairly simple.  If we do anything wrong, we'll fix it to your satisfaction.  Not only that, but if you receive something from us that you would like to return for any reason, even if you just change your mind, we will refund your purchase price upon its return within 30 days with no questions asked.

We do not however, guarantee that you can grow plants.  If we send you a nice healthy plant and you, or anyone else, neglects it, if the deer or voles eat it, or your dog waters it for you, that is not our fault and we don't feel that we should be expected to pay for it.
