We occasionally send emails to list subscribers to inform them about
major additions to our catalog and sales events.
We do not send spam.
We mail only to customers who have requested our mailings, and we do not
mail very often. Our goal is to send one newsletter a month during the
growing season, and we have never yet met our goal. You can
remove your name from the list at any time. We do not share this list
with anyone.
Please Note: We
use a mailing service which uses a "double opt in" procedure to insure that
sign-ups are genuine and not computer generated. When you sign up, you
will receive an email asking you to confirm that you would like to be added
to the list. If you do not respond, you will not be added. This
email should arrive very quickly, but since it is sent from a different
mailer, it may get caught in a spam filter. Please check for it and
respond.
We are sorry
for the complication, but it's just part of the war on spam.
If you use AOL as your email service, you may not be able to receive our
newsletter. For some reason, they consider our messages to be spam,
even though we send them only to those who request them. They often
refuse to deliver our newsletter and there seems to be nothing we can do to
reason with them. We are tired of talking to them. Sorry.
